Deutsche Telekom proposes Huawei security certification scheme Global telecoms firms are  suffering  in the face of government fears about key Chinese hardware maker Huawei, but part state-owned Deutsche Telekom has proposed a solution: an independent certification lab to put Huawei's infrastructure hardware through rigorous security testing ( VentureBeat ).
